Soooooo Youtube Bounty Hunters Are a Thing

It’s easy to come across some weird stuff on youtube. Some of it can be weird or funny and maybe kind of strange. Youtube has small communities of gamers, commentators, and makeup artists. What if I told you that Bounty Hunters were also in the mix? There’s only two bounty hunters that get millions of views on every video they upload. Those two being Bounty Hunter D and Patty Mayo. Let’s look at their channels.

Patty Mayo

Patty Mayo is a Sheriff based in Southern California. Looking at his channel, you can tell he’s going for a more COP’s aesthetic. His videos are a mix of his days as a legit cop and his days as a bounty hunter. Patty is a small man so he’s always having to use some type of equipment to even the odds. Like, he’ll pull it out, but never use it. It’s so weird. He’ll be like “STEP BACK YOU’RE GONNA GET TASED BRO” like 50 times and like just do it already lmao. Patty is going to tell you he’s not a cop when it’s convenient for him too. Then he’ll do some cop stuff like search your house. It’s rare to see him arrest someone alone, he always has a team. It’s like watching the Avengers except they can legally kill unarmed black people.

Bounty Hunter D

Bounty Hunter D’s channel is like Cheaters, Maury, and Operation Repo’s love baby. D’s channel has a more edgy and trashy vibe to it. Everything just feels so raw. His content is more diverse than Patty’s though, D does it all. He does lie detector tests, car repossessions, tracking down cheaters, and regular ole bounty hunting. I’m more inclined to believe that D’s videos are fake rather than Patty’s because most of his videos seem like they’re either happening on a set or everyone is just overreacting. No one is ever reasonable or acts mature. Which leads to fights and D saying his “get bodied” catchphrase. Look, I understand that’s good content and it gets views but when you binge watch his videos you can see a formula. I feel like when it comes to a job as unpredictable as bounty hunting you can’t take that and plug it into a formula.
