1. Nick Cannon
Album Recommendation: idk lmao

Nick Cannon’s film career isn’t terrible. I mean, I have to give him some respect. He has a few classics like Drumline, Love Don’t Cost a Thing, and Roll Bounce. He’s been killing it on TV too with shows like Wild N’ Out, Real Husbands of Hollywood, and The Masked Singer. However....this music is uhhhhhhhhhhh something else. I’m gonna keep it real with y'all. I've never sat down and listened to a Nick Cannon song and the fact that no one barely talks about it is sus.
2. Jaden Smith
Album Recommendation: The Sunset Tapes: A Cool Tape Story

When it comes to acting, Jaden’s resume isn’t that long. He has co starred with his father, Will Smith, in two films. Those being the Pursuit of happiness and After Earth. Jaden’s music is experimental, he’s always trying new styles and sounds. With industry gods like Kid Cudi behind the scenes molding him, the future looks bright for him.
3. Ariana Grande
Album Recommendation: Sweetener

Guys, we all know Ariana Grande. She was on Victorious, where she played Cat. Music saved Ariana Grande’s career. If she kept acting, I don’t think she would have been taken seriously. Be honest, could you see Ariana Grande in a dramatic role? Now that she sings, she’s seen as sexy and taken more seriously.
4. Orlando Brown
Album Recommendation: idk lmao

Orlando Brown is crazy. There was a time in like 2016 where he was hella active on instagram and this guy was doing some crazy stuff. I remember this one time he was exercising in his backyard and then out of nowhere he got a full bottle of Hennesy and chugged the whole thing in like 15 seconds. That’s when I knew I was scared of him. Anyways, Orlando was a child star, being in classics like That's so Raven and Major Payne, but now he releases music independently. I wish he was signed to a major label or something because he has some real talent.
5. Drake
Album Recommendation: So Far Gone

Drake as an actor is corny. He got his start on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Those teen dramas always have corny acting though, so I guess he gets a pass. Drake is the most successful and marketable artist on this list. His albums are always setting and breaking records. It’s hard to ignore him at this point honestly.
6. Donald Glover
Album Recommendation: Because the Internet

Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino isn’t really an actor turned rapper because he still does both. Being on TV shows like Atlanta and still releasing music is pretty impressive. Glover has always had humble beginnings. The guy started out as a writer on 30 Rock while working on music. He was something of a nobody during that time, but that didn’t stop him. Gambino’s music is always changing and Glover is one of the hardest working people in entertainment.
7. Jamie Foxx
Album Recommendation: idk lmao

the answer is ariana grande
